***** Tandoori Night Is The Place To Go. We are from Santa Barbara and we were fortunate to find this fantastic "FIVE STAR" restaurant on our way though Fresno. Indian food is a delicacy that we are not unfamiliar with and this is the place that you would want to experience. Very nice interior, extensive menu, and of course great food. We met the chief, a gracious, and most generous gentleman. We look forward to this experience again.
***** I have to admit I am a very select eater. Most restaurants do not pass my threshold for food, cleanliness, atmosphere and service. Tandoori Night does. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and prompt. Ordering takeout works well. I recommend this restaurant.

***** Best Indian Restaurant in Fresno. I have spent a great deal of time hunting down the best Indian cuisine in town. When Tandoori Night moved in I was excited to finally have an Indian restaurant in north Fresno. I have tried nearly all their dishes and have never had something I didn't like. Newbies should look at getting Chicken Tikki Masala or a Lamb Korma. Both are flavorful dishes you will be most pleased with. For the more adventurous, try the Chicken Kashmiri (the perfect spicy/sweet with pineapple chunks) or the Saag Panner (creamed spinach, it tastes better than it looks, I promise). The best accompaniments are a mango lassi (to cool your tongue when you order your dish spicier than you can handle) and onion kulcha or garlic naan. Tandoori Night also does take out. The restaurant is always very clean and the staff always helpful when you have any questions.
*****Yes! After countless Indian meals around Europe and the US I like to think I recognize quality. Fresno lacked a good Indian till Tandoori Night came along. The food is always good and often truly outstanding. The location and interior are unassuming, but maybe that's why the meals are such terrific value for money. My family's favorite restaurant in town.
